Cookie Policy
Last updated:
This page explains which cookies and browser storage infrafence.com uses. The site always uses what it needs to work. Only with your consent, and only when we turn them on, it also uses Google's statistics (Google Analytics) and marketing (Google Ads) cookies. We ask with a banner where rejecting is as easy as accepting, as the ePrivacy rules and the Italian Garante's guidelines of 10 June 2021 require.
Right now this page uses no Google tool: only the necessary storage below, and no banner.
1. Necessary cookies and storage (always on, no consent needed)
They make the site and the dashboard work and track nothing. Some are kept in your browser's storage (localStorage) rather than in a cookie.
| Name | Purpose | Duration |
|---|---|---|
| infrafence_consent | Remembers your cookie choice: policy version, accepted categories and the date. No personal data. | 6 months |
| sb-…-auth-token (localStorage) | Keeps you signed in to the dashboard. Only if you sign in. | Until you sign out |
| sidebar_state | Dashboard only: remembers whether the sidebar is collapsed. | 7 days |
| infrafence-lang (localStorage) | The language you chose with the language switcher. | Until you clear your browser's data |
| infrafence-* (localStorage, sessionStorage) | Small interface preferences: dismissed notices, chart ranges, the selected organization. | Until you clear your browser's data, or until you close the tab (sessionStorage) |
2. Statistics and marketing cookies (only with your consent)
Provider: Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland, which may transfer data to the United States under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework. Google's privacy policy: policies.google.com/privacy
| Name | Purpose | Duration |
|---|---|---|
| _ga | Statistics (Google Analytics 4): distinguishes visitors. | 2 years |
| _ga_<container-id> | Statistics (Google Analytics 4): keeps the state of the visit. | 2 years |
| _gcl_au | Marketing (Google Ads): measures the conversions of our ad campaigns. | 90 days |
| _gcl_aw, _gcl_dc | Marketing (Google Ads): remember the ad click that brought you to the site. | 90 days |
Names, purposes and durations from Google's documentation: support.google.com, business.safety.google.
Google Consent Mode v2
Until you consent, Google's tags write and read no cookies. In the mode we normally use ("advanced") your browser still contacts Google, which receives your IP address, browser type and the page you are on, and only signals without cookies or identifiers are sent (for example that a page was viewed), with advertising data redacted: Google uses them to estimate visits and conversions in aggregate. If you reject, it stays that way.
We can also use the "basic" mode, in which no Google script loads before your consent.
3. The dashboard and the sign-in
The dashboard, the admin area and the sign-in pages never load tags from Google or any other third party and never show the banner. Neither does any page of the site while you are signed in.
4. How to choose and change your mind
- In the banner: "Accept all", "Reject all" (or the X) or "Customize" to choose between Statistics and Marketing.
- At any time: "Cookie preferences" at the bottom of every page of the site, or the button on this page. When you withdraw consent your browser deletes the Google cookies already written; you can also delete them in your browser's settings.
- Your choice lasts 6 months; we ask again earlier if the tools we use change (current version 2026-10-23).
- You can also block or delete cookies in your browser's settings: without the necessary ones you cannot sign in to the dashboard.
5. Fonts and external resources
Fonts are served from our own domain: browsing the site does not contact third-party servers such as Google Fonts.
6. Who is responsible
The controller is ComCart S.r.l., Via Giacomo Matteotti 43, 47043 Gatteo (FC), Italy, VAT IT04412340400. For questions about cookies: info@infrafence.com
7. Changes
If we change the tools we use, we update this page and ask for your consent again. See also our Privacy Policy.
